Keller Trucking is hiring Class A CDL drivers in the Toledo, Ohio area for Regional and Home Daily opportunities. Located along the I-75 and I-80/I-90 corridors and close to Keller's Defiance, Ohio headquarters, Toledo is ideally positioned for drivers looking to build a career with Keller.
Keller drivers haul general freight throughout the company's operating area, with different schedules available based on the amount of home time you're looking for. Drivers who live in the Toledo area can take their trucks home. If you cannot park at your house, you are responsible for arranging parking, and Keller reimburses up to $100 per month toward it. Passengers age 10 and older are welcome in the truck. Dogs and/or cats of any size are allowed.
Keller's Finishing Program - For Drivers With Less Than a Year Behind the Wheel
You do not need experience to start over-the-road with Keller. If you hold a valid Class A CDL — including straight out of trucking school — you can come in through our paid finishing program. It is also built for drivers who have experience but have been out of a truck for a few years and want to knock the rust off.
Here is how it works:
- 8,500 miles with a certified trainer.
- At least one trip to eastern Pennsylvania, one trip through the mountains, and one through a major metropolitan area.
- This is not team driving. You and your trainer run the same clock, and you do all of the driving. Your trainer is there to support you and get you confident in the truck.
- Every Keller trainer is certified and trained through us before they take on a trainee.
- Typically five to six weeks, depending on trainer and trainee schedules and freight availability.
- Paid from day one.

Living in Toledo, you can take your truck home with you between runs. If you cannot park at your house, finding parking is on you, but Keller reimburses up to $100 a month for it.
