FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Average Home Time will include all classes of Drivers (Regional, Semi-Regional, Local, and Shuttle).
  • Average Home Time is 2.5 days per week.

  • Local Routes = 250 mile radius or less = 10% of our Fleet
  • Regional Routes = More than 250 Mile Radius = 34% of our Fleet
  • Shuttle Routes = Shuttle/Spotting Routes = 56% of our Fleet

  • Local, Regional, and Semi-Regional Drivers are paid Cents Per Mile (CPM)
  • Cents Per Mile (CPM) Mileage Pay is based on experience and type of Driving Role. CPM Range is .40 – .64/mile.
  • Shuttle Drivers are paid hourly
  • Hourly Pay is based on Shuttle Market/Region covered, as well as the type of Shuttle/Spotting Work, Number of Loads/Day, the type of shift schedule, and Full Time or Part Time status.
  • Hourly Pay Ranges from $ 18 – 32/hour

  • Active Class A CDL
  • 21 Years of Age
  • Good Work History
  • Able to pass DOT Physical and Drug Test
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No license suspension in the last 12 months

  • Manage Hours of Service Records
