We realize how difficult it can be at times to maximize your earnings as a Local driver with strictly mileage pay. There is a lot of stopping, starting, dropping, hooking and in some cases, detention. That is why we focus on accessorial and bonus pay structures in addition to mileage pay! This position will still put the miles in front of you, but we also want to make sure you’re compensated for everything else that takes time off your clock throughout the evening. Under our updated pay structure Local drivers in this position can expect to gross anywhere from $60,000 to $75,000 annually while being home every single day! As a Local driver in this position you can expect:
This is a position for a dedicated customer (Menards) in Holiday City, Ohio.
Flexible Five Day Shifts Available:
- 10 Hour Shifts
- Start Time: Anywhere from 19:00 – 23:00
- Sunday – Thursday
- Tuesday – Saturday
- Ask us and we will work with your preferred schedule!
Pay:
- Average $1250 – $1500/Week (Pay is mileage, based on years of experience and accessorial)
- $0.03/Mile productivity bonus
- $0.03/Mile Shift Premium
- $250.00/Day guaranteed pay minimum (This is not all you will make, this is the guaranteed gross amount/day. You will not make less than this. Guaranteed $60,000.00 annual salary)

Requirements:
- Valid Class-A CDL
- 12 Months verifiable Class-A CDL driving experience
- No DUI/DWI or any other alcohol related convictions in the last 5 years
- Must be able to pass a D.O.T. Physical and Hair Follicle Drug Screen
